Unable to sign on to OrgVue through an SSO connection

Where your user domain has been included in the OrgVue Single Sign On (SSO) regime it is possible that when trying to sign on to OrgVue you encounter an error message as part of the SSO sign on like this : -

This indicates that your browser's SSO cookie is corrupt.

There are two ways to overcome this problem : -

  • Try another browser (though this doesn't resolve the problem in the original browser, but it does get you working immediately)
  • Clear your browser's cookies

The precise method to clear your browser's cookies varies by browser, so it is best that you check on the internet to determine the instructions for your particular browser and version.
