Where your user domain has been included in the OrgVue Single Sign On (SSO) regime it is possible that when trying to sign on to OrgVue you encounter an error message as part of the SSO sign on like this : -
This may indicate that your browser's SSO cookie is corrupt.
There are two ways to overcome this problem : -
- Try another browser (though this doesn't resolve the problem in the original browser, but it does get you working immediately)
- Clear your browser's cookies
