Can I restrict the users' ability to export data from Orgvue?

  Yes, you can do this through the User Visibility options specified in the Settings App:​

  ​The steps below are illustrated here in the Orgvue Settings User Guide​

  ​

  1. Select User Management from the vertical left-hand menu in the Settings app​
  2. Select the user(s) to have restricted access ​
  3. Select ‘User Visibility’​
  4. Uncheck the options you want to restrict for the selected user(s)​
  5. Select ‘Update’​

   

  You can preview users’ permissions through impersonation mode.
