Listing Dataset tags

The article here - https://support.orgvue.com/hc/en-us/articles/203851131-Advanced-alternative-tenant-profiling-and-management - explains how to produce a list of datasets and users within a tenant.

In more mature and larger OrgVue implementations the number of users and datasets can become difficult to manage, so here is a quick bit of Gizmo to help the Tenant Admin quickly determine who has what level of access to which dataset.

Use the users endpoint to list the users in the tenant (or simply take a copy of the Users dataset)

https://[ORGVUE ENVIRONMENT URL]/[TENANT ID]/users

Then use the Gizmo endpoint

https://[ORGVUE ENVIRONMENT URL]/[TENANT ID]/gizmo

and enter this Gizmo statement in the top box

response.asCsv(resource.datasets().map(m=>({name: m.name, tags: m.tags.join(", ")})))

like this : -

and click the 'post' button at the bottom of that panel. This will export a csv file to your machine listing each dataset and its tags.

This information can now be combined with the user role information to determine who has what level of access to which dataset.
