This series of six articles provides a structured process for identifying business insight requirements and planning how these requirements will be met through your data environment.
Two fundamental artifacts for organization effectiveness are recommended:
- A pack of key org effectiveness measures for reporting the health of the organization overall and each business area.
- A modelling environment, available on-demand to model changes at speed and understand the impact of planned changes.
The six questions below inform the requirements for your Orgvue tenant and can be used as reference to explore the needs and expectations of your stakeholders:
- The insight requirements of business leaders to manage the efficiency and effectiveness of their business areas, and for planning the future size, cost, composition, and structure of their teams?
- The insight requirements do HR leaders given their domain responsibilities (for example, across talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, talent management, reward, workforce planning, org effectiveness, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, etc.)
It is unlikely that all requirements can be met immediately, but with this framework you can identify an ‘ideal state’ which can be worked towards.
