A series of six articles (see links below) provides a structured process for identifying business insight requirements and planning how these requirements will be met through your data environment to develop these artifacts. Organization Analysis Organization Modelling Output:A pack of key org effectiveness measures is established for the organization overall and for each business area. Output:A modelling environment is available on demand to model changes at speed and understand the impact of planned changes. Rationale:To provide business leaders with the insight required to take timely, incremental action to maintain org effectiveness and prevent the need for large-scale, disruptive transformation. Rationale:To equip business leaders and OD professionals with the infrastructure to deliver transformations at speed, without risk. Customer best practice example:“We’ve developed a pack of key organization measures which are regularly reported to the Leadership Team.We provide an up-to-date pack to every HRBP, so they have the insights needed to manage their parts of the organization. The message is clear: maintain the efficiency of your organization or risk disruptive transformation being done to you.” Customer best practice example:“Transformations are happening across different parts of the business at different times. Our modelling environment is ‘always-on’ because we don’t have the luxury of time to set up a baseline for each project. Our baseline is ready to go so that colleagues can model design options and understand the impact of planned changes.” Question 1: How will the size of the workforce be calculated and reported? Question 2: How will the cost of the workforce be calculated and reported? Question 3: How are Grades structured? Question 4: What organization dimensions are needed for analysis and reporting? Question 5: How will the organization structure be analysed? Question 6: How will the composition of the workforce be analysed? Comments 0 comments Please sign in to leave a comment.
