Entire packs or individual slides can be exported to PDF and PTTX formats (including the option to optimize for Google Slides).
- Select the ‘Export. icon.
- Select the required format; ‘PDF’ or ‘PPTX’. Alternatively, these can be selected;
- From the ‘Pack’ menu; or
- By right clicking a slide in the sorter and selecting ‘Export'.
- Specify your download preferences. You can:
- Specify a file name;
- Include a timestamp in the file name;
- Specify which slides are included in the download: All, Current slide, or a custom selection;
- Specify further ‘Advanced settings’ for your download (see below);
- Set your preferences as the default for future downloads;
- Select ‘Download’ after specifying your preferences.
- Expand the ‘Advanced settings’ to:

Include Paging: with this option selected, a slide will be created for every paging category. This should be used with caution: If your slides have multiple paging options, all permutations will be included. The export will be very large, and likely difficult to navigate outside Orgvue. Performance will also be negatively impacted.
- Include a summary slide for each Paging category.
- Optimize your export for Google Slides.
- Select further options. The effect of options (d) to (j) is shown on the slide below which has been exported from Orgvue.

Note (point 'j'): To respect access permissions, hyperlinks are only enabled for Orgvue Users.
