See a frequency count with a Bar Chart

This article provides a step-by-step guide to create a bar chart to visualize the frequency count of records for a chosen property. In this example, the ‘Span’ property is used. 



The explanation assumes you know how to add a slide and specify the Chart slide type (see Analyze and visualize organization subgroups with Charts).

1. Ensure the Slide pane is selected
2. In the 'Group By' option, select the Property you want to see the frequency for (in this example, ‘Span’ is used.  This is shown in italics because it is an Orgvue Generated Property.  See What are Orgvue Generated Properties?)
3. Specify the Vertical orientation
