Two packs provided in the Talent Selection solution can be used to make selection decisions, report on selection progress and understand the impact of selection decisions: a Positions Pack and an Employees Pack. Together, these packs allow you to action and visualize selection decisions from both the position perspective and the employee perspective. This article outlines the content of the Positions pack. A separate article provides an overview of the Talent Selection Employee Pack..
