It’s good practice to document the reason for positions being added, removed, or changed. Whilst conducting the assignment, users are required to specify a ‘Change Reason’.
You can pre-set the reasons which you want users to select from. This saves time, maintains consistency, and removed the risk of typos when reasons are manually entered.
You can also specify whether users can enter their own, additional Change Reasons whilst conducting the assignment.
