Set default cost values

You have the option to include a ‘rate card’ for calculating position costs. Rate cards provide the benefit of reduced manual data input, and increased consistency. For more information see Rate card lookups for calculating position costs.

You have the option to apply a rate card which already exists in your Orgvue tenant, or to generate a rate card for the assignment.

1. Select ‘Use a rate card’, then
   1. Select an existing rate card from the list of lookup tables, or 
   2. Select ‘Create a rate card’

To create a rate card:

• Enter a name (this will be used to name the lookup dataset which will be saved in your tenant)
• Select the properties used to calculate rate values
• Select ‘Preview’ to see a selection of rate card values. Note: rate values are only calculated for subgroups with three or more cases
• Select ‘Create rate card’
