This article illustrates how you can export:
- Your visualizations; either full packs or individual slides.
- The raw data, generated properties and calculated measures contained in datasets and presented on slides.
Note: Exporting data requires permissions which are managed by your organization’s Orgvue Administrator, or by the Dataset Owner.
Select the links in the headings below to see a step-by-step guide.
Exporting packs and slides
From Workspace, full packs or individual slides can be exported to PDF and PTTX formats (with the option to optimize for Google Slides).
Exporting raw data, generated properties and calculated measures
Data can be exported from Workspace or Settings if the required permissions are held. CSV or TSV formats are provided to transfer data to the required systems and packages.
The data included in the export file depends on the application used:
- Exports from Settings always include every dataset property and exclude all Generated Properties;
- Exports from Workspace can include both dataset and generated properties. You can export all of your data or specify a subset of required properties and nodes. In addition, calculated measures for subgroups can be included.
Exporting calculated measures presented in slides
Any calculated measure (e.g. sum totals, percentages, and averages) used to populate Charts and other slide types can be exported from Workspace.
