Filter with the color legend

The slide below shows every position color-coded by span of control group.

We can quickly see (from the color legend) that there are 3 managers with ‘One-to-One’ reporting relationships.

It’s great to visualize the whole organization on one page, but where are the managers with just one direct report?
 

1. In the color legend, right-click the category you want to filter by
2. Select ‘Set Filter’  

With the filter set you can see where the three managers are in the structure. 



To remove the filter, either

1. Select ‘x from the filter control, or
2. Right-click the category in the color legend then select ‘Remove from filter'.
