Account activation is a one-time action required after your company’s Orgvue Administrator creates an account for you.
After your account has been created you will receive the email shown below from donotreply@orgvue.com. You may need to check your Junk Email folder.
- Select the ‘Activate your account’ button in the email:
Note: The link is only active for one hour. If this step is conducted after one hour, you will be prompted to request a new activation link.
- Set a password, or continue with Single Sign On
- If Single Sign On has been enabled, you can activate your account and log in to Orgvue by entering your email address.
- If Single Sign On has not been enabled, you will need to set a password. This password will be needed every time you log in to Orgvue.
You will now receive a second email from donotreply@orgvue.com.
- Select the “access your account in orgvue 3” button in the email:
- Log in to Orgvue
- Tip: Bookmark the URL for future use
- If you have access to more than one tenant you will be prompted to select the tenant you require (see Illustration 1), below before progressing to the Orgvue Home page (Illustration 2).
- If you have access to only one tenant you will land at the Orgvue Home page (see Illustration 2, below).
