See the effect of permissions granted to users

This article explains how Admins can see the effect of the Permissions which have been granted to other Users using Impersonation Mode. 



The following instructions explain how to access Impersonation Mode. 
 

• Impersonation Mode is accessed from the Settings Application.

1. Select “User Management”.
2. Select the User to be Impersonated.

3. Select “Impersonation Mode”.

• The Home screen will open in a separate Tab with the banner highlighting that Impersonation Mode is in operation.

• You can navigate to Workspace to experience Orgvue in the same way as the user being impersonated.  Whilst in Impersonation Mode, data changes cannot be made and pack changes cannot be saved.
