This site is provisioned by and hosted on the Zendesk support platform and as such information on the site including personal information may also be available to and accessed by Zendesk personnel. Some services on this site require us to collect personal information from you when you interact with our site, for example when you submit a support request or download a support document. To comply with the UK Data Protection Act and international data protection legislation, we have a duty to tell you how we collect, store and use the personal information you provide to us. 

If at any time when using the site, we prompt you to provide personal information, we will explain what we intend to use the information for and how long we intend to retain it. Any personal information you submit to us when you register with the site via the ‘Sign up to OrgVue’ page will only be used in response to support requests. We will retain this information for the duration of time that you maintain your registration with our site. 

Information collected when you submit a support request from the site 

Any personal information we may request from you when you are submitting a support request from our site will only be used to contact you in response to your request. If you choose to register with us, we will retain this information for the duration of time that you maintain your registration with our site, but there is no requirement to register to view content on the site, nor to sign in to the site before you can submit a support request.

If you do not choose to register with this site we will retain your personal information in combination with a support request for as long as the information is valuable in helping us to continually improve our support services to you.

Personal Information Storage Location 

Zendesk leverages data centers in the United States, Europe, and Japan.   Personal information you provide to us may be transferred outside of the European Union (EU) to data centres in the United States: Zendesk has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield frameworks to the U.S. Department of Commerce and has been added to the Department of Commerce’s list of self-certified Privacy Shield participants. ZenDesk certifications confirm that they comply with the Privacy Shield principles for the transfer of European and Swiss personal data to the United States. 

Your access to your personal information 

You have the right to view, edit and remove the personal information we are storing about you. If at any time you would like to exercise these rights, please contact us using the information below. 

Your right to complain 

We take great care to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your personal information and value the trust you have placed in us in using and storing your information.
